When you only have 4 helmets....
1) Only 4 helmets, but I want 10 police officers to make it look like a real group photo. So take three photos, swapping bodies so that they all look like individuals...
2) 'Cut' the police officers out of pictures 2 and 3, and join them together using layers, superimposing one photo on top of another.
